About the Paradise Club International Lacrosse Tournament
The Paradise Club International Lacrosse Tournament has been bringing players together on the Sunshine Coast of Queensland, Australia since 1988. What started as a local gathering has grown into one of Australia's premier international lacrosse events, attracting teams from across Australia and around the world.
The 2005 tournament — held at Quad Park, Kawana — was the 18th Annual Paradise Club International Lacrosse Tournament, a milestone that reflects the event's long and successful history.
The Venue
Quad Park, Kawana, Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia
Quad Park provides a world-class setting for lacrosse, surrounded by the natural beauty of Queensland's Sunshine Coast. The region offers warm weather, stunning beaches, and a relaxed Australian atmosphere — making the tournament as much a holiday experience as a sporting event.
The Tournament
The Paradise Lax Tournament runs over four days and features both Men's and Women's competition. Games run throughout the day, with social events and entertainment each evening. The week wraps up with the Women's and Men's Finals, followed by a celebratory dinner and entertainment at Quad Park.
